Refund policy
- Our standard DOA policy covers the dollar amount of items lost. Store credit will be issued and may be used for a like coral or towards anything available in store. Shipping costs are not covered under this DOA policy, nor are promotional / giveaway items.
- Many corals require time to get acclimated to a new tank. If you feel the coral is in an unstable status when it arrives, but not dead, please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to work out a solution.
- There are no refunds or returns on live purchases. Valid DOA claims will be fulfilled via store credit on future purchases.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given during checkout.
- DOA guarantee is void if the delivery is refused, if no one is available to receive the package, or if the package was not picked up from your UPS facility within 4 hours.
